Gold leaf...
I have just discovered that for roughly £20 (just under), I can get 25 8 by 8 cm squares of gold leaf, which I plan on using in my art. I’ll but two booklets, so that I’ll have in total 2 40 by 40 sheets of gold leaf, and if I need to I can invest in one more booklet. 5 hours and 30 minutes of solid stencilling and peep show, and the cruel realisation that I’ve broken my childhood oath not to work for more than 4 hours per day is now lieing sullied and broken in a heap of inky tissues has crashed over me like a fusty, spirit crushing wave. Do I reckon me doing this amount of work will cause any problems? Yes, and should it? No. Consequences are for acts and deeds and misdemeanors and the like, but still work will cause problems.
